Conexión - Advancing Latino Leadership

Conexión is a leadership and mentoring program. Over a ten-month period, Conexión pairs small groups of fifteen mid-career Latinos with executives in diverse fields who serve as mentors for one-on-one conversations. Participants also engage in monthly sessions that explore real-world challenges.  By the end of the program, Latino participants will have broadened their individual perspectives to become part of a growing, new network of forward-thinking leaders who will develop a new vision for the Latino community and the country.
